You can not recycle plastic toilet paper wrap through curbside recycling. The plastic wrap used to package toilet papers is made using recyclable LDPE (#4) plastic, but sadly it falls under the category of “film”. Plastic film is only recyclable through specialized facilities because it tends to jam machinery.
